Common questions
How do I reset my program? +

Go to the Plan tab, tap the three-dot menu in the top right, and select Reset Program. This will start a new strength phase from the beginning.

Can I change my training days? +

Yes. Head to your Profile, tap Program Settings, and adjust your training days. Changes take effect from your next session.

How do I cancel my subscription? +

Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone and cancel from there. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.

How do I delete my account? +

Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and all associated data within 30 days. This action cannot be undone.

The app suggested a weight that feels wrong. What should I do? +

You can always tap the weight field and adjust it manually before logging a set. The app will learn from what you log and calibrate future suggestions accordingly.

I missed a session. Will it affect my program? +

Missed sessions stay in place — the program doesn't shift automatically. Just pick up from where you left off. If you miss multiple sessions in a week, you can skip the rest of that week from the Plan tab.

How do I export my training data? +

Go to Profile → Settings → Export Data. You'll receive a CSV of your full training history via email.
