Train
with intent.

A strength training app that writes your program, picks your weights, and tells you what to do next.

How it works

Three steps.
That's the app.

01 — Calibrate

Log lifts
you know.

Two lifts is enough. Checkfit sets your starting weights from there.

02 — Train

Six weeks,
mapped out.

Each session unlocks the next. Each week tightens the screws.

03 — Log

One tap
per set.

Weight and reps prefilled from last session. Adjust or confirm.

shows up.

Every set you log builds a picture. Strength over time, body composition, how each lift is moving.

FAQ

Questions.

What is Checkfit? +

Checkfit is an adaptive strength training app for iOS. It writes your program, picks your weights based on your performance, and tells you exactly what to do each session.

How does it pick my weights? +

You log two lifts to calibrate. From there, Checkfit uses your performance and RIR (Reps in Reserve) targets to calculate the right weight for every set automatically.

What is RIR? +

RIR stands for Reps in Reserve — how many reps you could still do before failure. Checkfit uses RIR targets to manage training intensity, progressively increasing difficulty each week.

How long is a program? +

Each strength phase is 6 weeks, including a scheduled deload week. Sessions unlock progressively and intensity increases each week.

Is it available on Android? +

iOS only for now. Android is not on the roadmap at this time.

How do I get access? +

Checkfit is in beta on iOS. Request an invite below and we'll get you in.
