One handshake.
That's the setup.
Search.
Find your coach by their Checkfit username.
Invite.
Send the invite. They accept — that’s the whole handshake.
They tune.
Your coach sees your program and adjusts it directly — exercises, sets, progression.
You lift.
Sessions update automatically. Open the app and train, same as always.
Your program,
their eyes.
- ✓ Keep the adaptive engine — your coach refines it, not replaces it
- ✓ No more sending screenshots or filling in shared spreadsheets
- ✓ Your coach sees exactly what you lifted, the day you lifted it
- ✓ Remove the connection anytime and the program is yours again
Every client,
one place.
- ✓ See each client’s real logged sessions — not what they remember
- ✓ Tune programs directly; changes land in their next workout
- ✓ Coach as many clients as you want, all from your own account
- ✓ No platform fees on your coaching — just your Checkfit subscription
No contracts.
Just trust.
Either side can end the relationship anytime. The lifter keeps their program. The coach keeps their account. Nobody signs anything.
How do I connect with my coach? +
Search their Checkfit username, send an invite, and they accept. That’s the whole setup — no codes, no emails, no spreadsheets.
Who can be a coach? +
Anyone with an active Checkfit subscription. A certified coach, a training partner, a friend who knows their way around a barbell — you decide who you trust with your program.
What can my coach see and change? +
Your coach can view your program and tune it — exercises, sets, progression. They see what you see. They can’t touch your account, billing, or personal data.
What does coaching cost? +
Nothing extra. Coaching is included in every Checkfit subscription, for both sides. Coaches must be subscribers; how a coach charges for their time is between you and them.
Can I stop working with a coach? +
Anytime, from either side. Remove the connection and your program is fully yours again — no contracts, no notice period, no hard feelings.
Can a coach work with multiple clients? +
Yes. A coach can accept invites from as many lifters as they want to work with.
