How to do it
- Seated. Dumbbells at shoulders, palms facing you.
- Press up while rotating palms to face forward at lockout.
- Reverse on the way down.

- Start palms facing you at shoulders
- Rotate as you press to palms-forward overhead
- Reverse the rotation on the way down
