Shoulders Dumbbell intermediate shoulders

How to do it

  1. Seated. Dumbbells at shoulders, palms facing you.
  2. Press up while rotating palms to face forward at lockout.
  3. Reverse on the way down.

Form cues

  • Start palms facing you at shoulders
  • Rotate as you press to palms-forward overhead
  • Reverse the rotation on the way down
