How to do it

  1. Hips on the pad. Body in a straight line.
  2. Hinge down at the hips.
  3. Squeeze glutes to come back up.

  • Hips on the pad, body straight
  • Hinge down with a flat back
  • Squeeze the glutes to come back up — don't hyperextend
