Bodyweight back extension on a 45° bench.
How to do it
- Hips on the pad. Body in a straight line.
- Hinge down at the hips.
- Squeeze glutes to come back up.
Form cues
- Hips on the pad, body straight
- Hinge down with a flat back
- Squeeze the glutes to come back up — don't hyperextend
