How to do it
- Bar on upper traps. Unrack with two steps back.
- Feet shoulder-width. Brace and squat between your heels.
- Drive through mid-foot to lockout.

- Bar across the upper traps, brace hard
- Sit between your hips, knees track over toes
- Drive the floor away to stand
