How to do it

  1. Bar on upper traps. Unrack with two steps back.
  2. Feet shoulder-width. Brace and squat between your heels.
  3. Drive through mid-foot to lockout.

Form cues

  • Bar across the upper traps, brace hard
  • Sit between your hips, knees track over toes
  • Drive the floor away to stand
