How to do it

  1. Lie flat. Bar over upper chest, grip just wider than shoulders.
  2. Unrack. Lower to mid-chest.
  3. Press back to lockout.

Form cues

  • Tight upper back, feet planted
  • Touch lower chest, not collarbone
  • Drive bar up and slightly back
