How to do it
- Upper back against a bench. Bar across hips (use a pad).
- Drive hips up to lockout. Squeeze glutes hard.
- Lower under control.
Form cues
- Shoulders on bench, bar across hips
- Drive through heels, squeeze glutes at top
- Don't hyperextend the lower back
