How to do it

  1. Bench at 30-45°. Bar over upper chest.
  2. Unrack. Lower to upper chest.
  3. Press to lockout.

Form cues

  • Bench 30°, shoulders pinned back
  • Bar touches upper chest, just below collarbone
  • Drive feet down, press the bar up
