How to do it
- Bench at 30-45°. Bar over upper chest.
- Unrack. Lower to upper chest.
- Press to lockout.
Form cues
- Bench 30°, shoulders pinned back
- Bar touches upper chest, just below collarbone
- Drive feet down, press the bar up
