Barbell Overhead Press.
Press a barbell from your shoulders to overhead, standing.
How to do it
- Bar at upper chest, grip just outside shoulders.
- Brace hard. Press straight up, head through at lockout.
- Lower under control to upper chest.

- Glutes squeezed, ribs down, brace hard
- Press straight up, head pokes through at lockout
- Lower under control to clavicle
