How to do it

  1. Bar at upper chest, grip just outside shoulders.
  2. Brace hard. Press straight up, head through at lockout.
  3. Lower under control to upper chest.

  • Glutes squeezed, ribs down, brace hard
  • Press straight up, head pokes through at lockout
  • Lower under control to clavicle
