How to do it

  1. Hinge forward. Bar in hands, wide grip.
  2. Row to your upper chest, elbows high and wide.
  3. Lower under control.

Form cues

  • Hinge to 45°, flat back
  • Pull bar to the lower chest with elbows wide
  • Squeeze rear delts at the top
