Bent-over row with elbows wide. Hits the back of your shoulders.
How to do it
- Hinge forward. Bar in hands, wide grip.
- Row to your upper chest, elbows high and wide.
- Lower under control.
Form cues
- Hinge to 45°, flat back
- Pull bar to the lower chest with elbows wide
- Squeeze rear delts at the top
