Bend at the hips with a barbell. Builds butt and hamstrings.
How to do it
- Bar at thighs. Soft knees.
- Hinge at the hips, push hips back. Bar slides down legs.
- Stand up by driving hips forward.

- Soft knees, flat back
- Push the hips back, bar drags down the thighs
- Drive hips forward to stand, glutes squeeze hard
