How to do it

  1. Hinge forward, flat back. Bar in hands, grip just outside shoulders.
  2. Row the bar to your lower chest or upper stomach.
  3. Lower under control.

Form cues

  • Flat back, knees soft, bar over mid-foot
  • Row to lower chest / upper abs
  • No yanking — control both directions
