How to do it
- Lie flat. Bar extended over your face.
- Hinge at the elbows. Lower the bar to your forehead.
- Press back to lockout.

- Bar over your forehead at the top
- Lower to your forehead with elbows tight
- Press back to lockout, squeeze the triceps
