How to do it

  1. Lie flat. Bar extended over your face.
  2. Hinge at the elbows. Lower the bar to your forehead.
  3. Press back to lockout.

  • Bar over your forehead at the top
  • Lower to your forehead with elbows tight
  • Press back to lockout, squeeze the triceps
