How to do it

  1. Rear foot on a bench. Front foot far enough forward that the shin stays vertical.
  2. Dumbbells at your sides.
  3. Drop straight down. Drive through the front heel.

  • Rear foot up on the bench, front foot far enough forward
  • Drop straight down — front knee tracks toes
  • Drive through the front heel
