Pull a rope to your face. Hits the back of your shoulders.
How to do it
- Rope on a high pulley. Grip both ends, palms inward.
- Pull to your face, elbows high and wide.
- Return under control.

- Rope at eye level, light weight
- Pull rope to your face, elbows high
- Squeeze rear delts, no shrug
