How to do it

  1. Rope on a low pulley. Face away. Pull the rope overhead.
  2. Elbows up, hinge to lower the rope behind your head.
  3. Press back to lockout. Hands separate at the top.

  • Face away from the pulley, rope behind your head
  • Press rope forward and up to lockout
  • Lower slow into a stretch
