How to do it

  1. Set the pulley high. Stand side-on, feet wide.
  2. Pull the handle down and across your body to the opposite hip.
  3. Rotate through the torso, arms staying long.
  4. Return under control and finish the set, then switch sides.

Form cues

  • Rotate from the trunk, not the arms
  • Pivot the back foot as you turn
  • Keep the arc smooth — no chopping jerk
