High-to-low rotational cable pull across the body.
How to do it
- Set the pulley high. Stand side-on, feet wide.
- Pull the handle down and across your body to the opposite hip.
- Rotate through the torso, arms staying long.
- Return under control and finish the set, then switch sides.

- Rotate from the trunk, not the arms
- Pivot the back foot as you turn
- Keep the arc smooth — no chopping jerk
