How to do it

  1. On parallel bars, arms locked out.
  2. Lean forward slightly. Lower until shoulders drop below elbows.
  3. Press back to lockout.

Form cues

  • Lean forward, chin tucked
  • Lower until shoulders drop below elbows
  • Press up without locking the elbows hard
