How to do it

  1. Seated, leaning forward. Elbow braced on inner thigh.
  2. Curl the dumbbell to your shoulder.
  3. Lower slowly.

  • Elbow braced against inner thigh
  • Curl with palm facing the ceiling
  • Squeeze the peak hard at the top
