How to do it
- Bar over mid-foot. Hinge down and grip just outside knees.
- Brace. Drive through the floor, bar against the legs.
- Stand to lockout. Lower the bar under control.

- Bar over mid-foot, shins close
- Brace hard, push the floor away
- Hips and shoulders rise together
