How to do it

  1. Bar over mid-foot. Hinge down and grip just outside knees.
  2. Brace. Drive through the floor, bar against the legs.
  3. Stand to lockout. Lower the bar under control.

Form cues

  • Bar over mid-foot, shins close
  • Brace hard, push the floor away
  • Hips and shoulders rise together
