How to do it

  1. Hands on the floor. Feet elevated on a bench.
  2. Body straight from head to heels.
  3. Lower chest toward the floor.
  4. Press back to lockout.

Form cues

  • Body straight, no piking the hips
  • Lower chest just past hand level
  • Drive through the palms to lockout
