How to do it
- Lie on a bench and grip it firmly behind your head.
- Press your body up so only your shoulders touch the bench.
- Keep the body rigid in one straight line.
- Lower slowly toward the bench without breaking at the hips.

- Body straight from shoulders to toes
- Lower as slowly as you can
- Don't let the lower back arch
