How to do it
- Lie flat. Dumbbells at chest, palms forward.
- Press up to lockout, dumbbells nearly touching.
- Lower under control to chest level.

- Drive your feet into the floor
- Press the dumbbells toward each other at the top
- Lower until your elbows pass below your torso
