How to do it

  1. Lie flat. Dumbbells at chest, palms forward.
  2. Press up to lockout, dumbbells nearly touching.
  3. Lower under control to chest level.

Form cues

  • Drive your feet into the floor
  • Press the dumbbells toward each other at the top
  • Lower until your elbows pass below your torso
