How to do it

  1. Lie on the floor, dumbbells at chest.
  2. Press to lockout.
  3. Lower until triceps touch the floor, then press again.

Form cues

  • Let the elbows rest a beat on the floor
  • Keep elbows near 45 degrees
  • Press in a slight arc toward each other
