Lying down, open and close your arms with dumbbells. Builds the chest.
How to do it
- Lie flat. Dumbbells over chest, palms facing each other.
- Soft bend in elbows. Lower in a wide arc.
- Bring dumbbells back together over your chest.

- Soft bend in the elbows — keep it
- Lower in a wide arc, feel the stretch
- Hug a tree on the way back up
