Lying down, open and close your arms with dumbbells. Builds the chest.

How to do it

  1. Lie flat. Dumbbells over chest, palms facing each other.
  2. Soft bend in elbows. Lower in a wide arc.
  3. Bring dumbbells back together over your chest.

Form cues

  • Soft bend in the elbows — keep it
  • Lower in a wide arc, feel the stretch
  • Hug a tree on the way back up
