How to do it
- Hinge forward. Upper arm parallel to your torso.
- Extend at the elbow to straighten the arm.
- Return under control.

- Hinge forward, flat back, elbow at your side
- Extend the dumbbell back to lockout
- Squeeze the triceps hard at the top
