Overhead triceps extension with one dumbbell.
How to do it
- Stand or sit. Dumbbell held overhead with both hands.
- Lower the dumbbell behind your head, elbows tight.
- Press back to lockout.

- Both hands on one dumbbell, overhead
- Lower behind your head with elbows close
- Press back to lockout, squeeze the triceps
