How to do it

  1. Stand or sit. Dumbbell held overhead with both hands.
  2. Lower the dumbbell behind your head, elbows tight.
  3. Press back to lockout.

  • Both hands on one dumbbell, overhead
  • Lower behind your head with elbows close
  • Press back to lockout, squeeze the triceps
