How to do it

  1. Chest against the preacher pad. Arm extended, palm up.
  2. Curl the dumbbell up.
  3. Lower fully.

Form cues

  • Armpit pressed into the top of the pad
  • Lower until almost full extension
  • Curl with the biceps, not the wrists
