Stretch a dumbbell back over your head. Builds the chest and back.
How to do it
- Lie across a bench. One dumbbell held overhead, arms slightly bent.
- Lower the dumbbell behind your head until you feel a stretch.
- Pull back to over your chest.

- Arms slightly bent, locked in place
- Lower the dumbbell behind your head for a stretch
- Pull back over your chest, don't shrug
