How to do it

  1. Lie across a bench. One dumbbell held overhead, arms slightly bent.
  2. Lower the dumbbell behind your head until you feel a stretch.
  3. Pull back to over your chest.

Form cues

  • Arms slightly bent, locked in place
  • Lower the dumbbell behind your head for a stretch
  • Pull back over your chest, don't shrug
