How to do it

  1. Stand tall. Dumbbells in front of thighs.
  2. Soft knees. Hinge at the hips, push hips back.
  3. Lower until you feel a stretch. Stand back up.

  • Push your hips back, don't squat down
  • Soft knees, long spine
  • Drag the dumbbells down your thighs
