Dumbbell Romanian Deadlift.
Bend at the hips with dumbbells. Builds butt and hamstrings.
How to do it
- Stand tall. Dumbbells in front of thighs.
- Soft knees. Hinge at the hips, push hips back.
- Lower until you feel a stretch. Stand back up.

- Push your hips back, don't squat down
- Soft knees, long spine
- Drag the dumbbells down your thighs
