  1. Stand tall. Dumbbells at shoulders, palms forward.
  2. Press up to lockout.
  3. Lower to shoulder level.

Form cues

  • Ribs down, glutes squeezed
  • Press straight up, head pokes through at lockout
  • Lower under control to chin height
