Lying triceps extension with dumbbells.
How to do it
- Lie flat. Dumbbells extended over your face, palms in.
- Hinge at the elbows. Lower toward your ears.
- Press back to lockout. Elbows pointed up the whole time.
Form cues
- Dumbbells over the chest, elbows pinned
- Lower to either side of the head
- Press back to lockout, squeeze the triceps
