How to do it

  1. Lie flat. Dumbbells extended over your face, palms in.
  2. Hinge at the elbows. Lower toward your ears.
  3. Press back to lockout. Elbows pointed up the whole time.

Form cues

  • Dumbbells over the chest, elbows pinned
  • Lower to either side of the head
  • Press back to lockout, squeeze the triceps
