How to do it
- Lie on your back, knees bent, feet flat.
- Drive hips up by squeezing your glutes.
- Lower under control.
Form cues
- Feet flat, heels close to butt
- Drive through the heels, squeeze glutes hard
- Lower under control, no slamming
