Bend forward at the hips with a barbell on your back.
How to do it
- Bar on traps as for a squat. Soft knees.
- Hinge at the hips, push hips back. Torso comes forward.
- Stand back up.

- Hinge forward keeping a flat back
- Drive hips forward to stand back up
