How to do it

  1. Shoulders under the pads. Feet on the platform.
  2. Squat down to depth.
  3. Drive through the heels.

Form cues

  • Feet shoulder-width, slightly forward of hips
  • Sit straight down with the sled
  • Drive through the heels back to lockout
