How to do it

  1. Set both pulleys high.
  2. Draw handles down and together in front of hips.
  3. Return slowly to the stretched position.

Form cues

  • Cross the hands slightly at the bottom
  • Keep a soft, fixed elbow bend
  • Feel the stretch before each rep
