How to do it

  1. Seated. Grip the bar wider than shoulders, palms forward.
  2. Pull the bar to your upper chest.
  3. Control the bar back to lockout.

Form cues

  • Pull elbows down and slightly back
  • Squeeze lats — chest stays tall
  • Resist the bar all the way back up
