How to do it

  1. Seat set. Feet shoulder-width on the platform.
  2. Lower until knees reach 90°.
  3. Press back up. Don't lock the knees.

  • Feet shoulder-width on the platform
  • Lower until knees hit 90°
  • Drive through full foot, don't lock out hard
