How to do it

  1. Kneel with your ankles anchored behind you.
  2. Body straight from knees to head.
  3. Lower your torso forward as slowly as possible.
  4. Catch yourself with your hands and push back lightly to return.

Form cues

  • Fight the descent every inch
  • Keep the hips extended — no folding
  • Use hands to assist the return, not the lower
