How to do it
- Kneel with your ankles anchored behind you.
- Body straight from knees to head.
- Lower your torso forward as slowly as possible.
- Catch yourself with your hands and push back lightly to return.

- Fight the descent every inch
- Keep the hips extended — no folding
- Use hands to assist the return, not the lower
