How to do it
- EZ bar held overhead, arms extended.
- Hinge at the elbows. Lower the bar behind your head.
- Press back to lockout. Elbows tight.

- Bar overhead, elbows pinned close to ears
- Lower bar behind the head with control
- Press back to lockout, squeeze hard
