How to do it

  1. Hinge to nearly parallel. Grip just outside shoulders.
  2. Row explosively to the lower chest.
  3. Lower the bar to the floor. Reset. Repeat.

Form cues

  • Bar on the floor, torso parallel
  • Pull bar to lower chest explosively
  • Reset on the floor — every rep is from a dead stop
