How to do it
- Hinge to nearly parallel. Grip just outside shoulders.
- Row explosively to the lower chest.
- Lower the bar to the floor. Reset. Repeat.

- Bar on the floor, torso parallel
- Pull bar to lower chest explosively
- Reset on the floor — every rep is from a dead stop
