How to do it
- High plank position. Hands slightly wider than shoulders.
- Body straight from head to heels. Brace.
- Lower until chest nearly touches the floor.
- Press back to lockout.
Form cues
- Hands stack under your shoulders
- Brace the core like you're about to take a punch
- Lower under control, press to full lockout
