How to do it

  1. High plank position. Hands slightly wider than shoulders.
  2. Body straight from head to heels. Brace.
  3. Lower until chest nearly touches the floor.
  4. Press back to lockout.

Form cues

  • Hands stack under your shoulders
  • Brace the core like you're about to take a punch
  • Lower under control, press to full lockout
