How to do it

  1. Set bar on pins just below the knee.
  2. Grip and stand tall, driving hips through.
  3. Lower back to the pins under control.

Form cues

  • Keep the bar dragging up your thighs
  • Finish by squeezing the glutes
  • Do not lean back at the top
