How to do it

  1. Lie face-down on a tall bench. Bar on the floor below.
  2. Row to the underside of the bench. Pause.
  3. Lower under control.

Form cues

  • Chest pinned to the bench the whole set
  • Row bar to the lower chest
  • Squeeze upper back hard at the top
