  1. Lie on your back, one knee bent, other leg extended.
  2. Drive hips up with the planted leg.
  3. Lower under control.

Form cues

  • One foot planted, other leg straight
  • Drive through the heel, hips up to lockout
  • Squeeze the glute hard at the top
