How to do it

  1. Stand tall. Hold something for balance.
  2. Lean back, knees travel forward, heels rising.
  3. Lower as low as you can. Reverse.

  • Knees drive forward over the toes
  • Lean back to counterbalance
  • Slow descent — never bounce out of the bottom
