Knees-forward squat. Quads only.
How to do it
- Stand tall. Hold something for balance.
- Lean back, knees travel forward, heels rising.
- Lower as low as you can. Reverse.
Form cues
- Knees drive forward over the toes
- Lean back to counterbalance
- Slow descent — never bounce out of the bottom
