How to do it
- Lie face-down, arms extended overhead.
- Raise arms, chest, and legs off the floor together.
- Squeeze the lower back and glutes at the top.
- Lower under control.

- Squeeze, pause, lower — no swinging
- Keep the neck neutral, eyes down
