How to do it

  1. Lie flat, arms extended overhead.
  2. Lift legs and torso together, reaching for your toes.
  3. Touch hands to feet at the top.
  4. Lower both halves under control.

Form cues

  • Reach up, not forward
  • Keep the legs as straight as you can
  • Don't crash back to the floor
