How to do it
- Lie flat, arms extended overhead.
- Lift legs and torso together, reaching for your toes.
- Touch hands to feet at the top.
- Lower both halves under control.
Form cues
- Reach up, not forward
- Keep the legs as straight as you can
- Don't crash back to the floor
