Wrist Curl.

Curl a barbell with your wrists. Builds the inside of the forearms.

How to do it

  1. Seated. Forearms on thighs, palms up, bar in hands.
  2. Let the bar roll to the fingertips. Curl up.
  3. Lower under control.

Form cues

  • Forearms on the bench, palms up
  • Curl the bar by closing the wrist
  • Lower until the bar is in fingertips, then re-grip
