Wrist Curl.
Curl a barbell with your wrists. Builds the inside of the forearms.
How to do it
- Seated. Forearms on thighs, palms up, bar in hands.
- Let the bar roll to the fingertips. Curl up.
- Lower under control.
Form cues
- Forearms on the bench, palms up
- Curl the bar by closing the wrist
- Lower until the bar is in fingertips, then re-grip
